where good wine is born

Tradition is the illusion of permanence.

Casa Castellanos is a wine that stands out for its maturity, the result of the traditional winemaking method. The grapes are left on the vine until they reach the maximum degree of ripeness. It is then carefully harvested and left to dry for a period of time to allow the juice to concentrate. Before the arrival of winter, the fermentation process begins.

Cultivated in the fields of Valdepeñas, the grapes acquire a characteristic mineral taste that is later distinguished in the wine, together with the ripe fruit. Fermentation results in a delicious wine that is powerful in the mouth, long, with defined tannins, dense and creamy. In the glass, aromas of wild fruits, plum and chocolate are distinguished. Enjoy its harmony and complexity with red meats, mild stews, cured cheeses or cold meats.
