Premium 1904 range from Navarro López family acclaimed by the international critics
The brand Premium 1904 from Navarro López Wineries has received 4 new gold medals in the last weeks. One for each of its wines: Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Graciano and Tempranillo-Syrah.
These four awards have been obtained from the prestigious magazine Gilbert & Gaillard that has highlighted that the elaboration of this wines standout from other wines of the same region.
“All awards are important but this recognition specially excite us given that they symbolize the price to a bet that the family started some years ago. A bet for quality in the making and for innovation using unusual wine varieties in Spain and almost unthinkable in Castilla-La Mancha”, these are words from Francisco Navarro López, the winery manager.
Classified as Vino de la Tierra de Castilla (Castilla Land Wine), the Premium 1904 range has become a world reference. Their limited production and the great effort put into the details (from the content to the container) have done that both specialized critics and finest palates acclaim the range that along with Don Aurelio wines are the most representative products of this family winery.
The Premium 1904 range is revised and improved every year. For example, in this vintage, the young wine of the Graciano variety (100%) has been included. This new wine is aromatically intense in the nose and gives 18 colour points in the drinking glass (a characteristic of the great Rioja wines).
This range represents the epitome of Navarro López Family Winery that bases their wine making in three pillars: quality, own and controlled vineyard and innovation.
