The legacy
My family's business philosophy has been carved out after many years working in the world of wine. I started my career in the world of wine at a very young age; working in the family vineyard or transporting vats, bocoyes and skins of wine around Madrid. In 1988 I set up on my own and bought the first winery, located on Real de Valdepeñas street, which today is a center for the dissemination of wine culture through wine tourism activities. In 2001, the winery moved to its current location in the north of Valdepeñas; a unique place in the middle of the vineyards between the Peral and Sierra Prieta mountain ranges. This was a crucial moment in the process of expansion and internationalization, giving way to the growth to other winemaking areas in Spain and to reach more than 72 countries around the world with its wines.
